Our company service technicians use laptops to diagnose and repair materials handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, walkie pallet trucks, etc.). One of the screens is damaged and I submitted a quote request on 05-04-2016 through their web site "Contact Us" form. Never received a response. Well I finally received a response today 08-03-2016 at 2:48pm EST. The response was "Not read: Quote request: Dell Vostro 3700 Screen Replacement"
