  I don't normally write reviews but this was the worst customer service at a pharmacy I've ever had. My prescription was supposed to be ready at 9:45 am. I went at around 2:30 pm to pick it up. I waited 30 minutes in the drive through pharmacy line to be told there were customers ahead of me. I then watched on their security camera as customers inside who got in line 10 minutes after I got to the front of the drive through line get their prescriptions before me. I waited another 15 minutes to be told that it wasn't ready yet. Despite already receiving a phone call it was ready. I understand it is busy, but if you cannot handle a drive through pharmacy do not have one.

  *Okay I switch from CVS Boulevard West Hartford who constantly screwed up my prescriptions and I went days sick hurting waiting for my prescriptions, and no compensation Financial or apologies made, *WALGREENS Bishop's Corner North Main Street West Hartford overcharges me on a regular basis! To the tune of 3 or 4 or sometimes five times the amount of the actual cost of the medications is my biggest complaint and I've dumped this Pharmacy as well! I'm now with liggett's Suburban Pharmacy Bishop's Corner West Hartford! I'm 50 years old had been with CVS and Walgreens for years now switched to Suburban Pharmacy due to the fact that all these pharmacies have too many customers, so they don't care about customer service anymore! The pharmacist at Walgreens Bishop's Corner North Main Street West Hartford is excellent! But that's not enough! I have the same problem in Indian Mound Tennessee, currently I use Dover Family Pharmacy and I'm happy but I've had a nightmare with my previous 2 Pharmacy there as well! I guess I'm lucky some people tell me they jump pharmacies on a monthly, weekly or at the very least yearly basis! LOL. I've managed to make it to 50 years old and only gone through 4 pharmacies before finding Dover Family Pharmacy, Indian Mound Tennessee, and Liggett Suburban Pharmacy Bishop's Corner West Hartford. I feel I can ride out the rest of my life with these two.
